Ray Burgess Perpetual Trophy

Award namesake: Raymond Burgess.

About: A hard working committee member, Ray Burgess, more commonly known as Charlie, presided over the club during some of its most difficult seasons throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. He played over 50 A Grade matches and was rewarded as best club person on three occasions. The award now bears his name and is presented annually to the person or persons deemed to have made the most valuable contribution to the club.
